Mesofiller is a new range of dermal implants with cross-linked hyaluronic acid of very high quality. Single-phase (they do not contain free hyaluronic acid) and of non-animal origin, they are totally absorbable and integrate perfectly into the skin. The Mesofiller range is equipped with the DENSIMATRIX. A process of uniform and 100% cross-linking of hyaluronic acid chains to ensure greater durability and resistance to degradation. The hyaluronic acid undergoes a purification process that minimizes residual BDDE (butanediol diglycidyl ether) levels, ensuring maximum purity (BDDE residue levels are less than 0.05 parts per million). The low amount of residual BDDE ensures less toxicity by minimizing the risk of intolerance and side effects.
