ALLERGAN JUVEDERM ULTRA 4

DESCRIPTION

Juvéderm ULTRA 4 is a sterile, non-pyrogenic, physiological gel of cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. This gel comes in a single-use, pre-filled, graduated syringe. Each box contains two 1 ml syringes of Juvéderm ULTRA 4, four sterile 27G 1/2" needles, for single use only and reserved for the injection of Juvéderm ULTRA 4, an instruction leaflet, and a set of labels to ensure traceability.

STERILIZATION

The contents of the Juvéderm ULTRA 4 syringes are sterilized using moist heat. The 27G 1/2" needles are sterilized by irradiation.

INDICATIONS

Juvéderm ULTRA 4 is an injectable implant indicated for filling deep skin depressions by injection into the deep dermis and for increasing the volume of the lips and cheekbones.

The lidocaine component is intended to reduce patient pain during treatment.

COMPOSITION

Hyaluronic acid gel 24 mg

Lidocaine hydrochloride 3 mg

Phosphate buffer pH 7.2 q.s. 1 ml

One syringe contains 1 mL of Juvéderm ULTRA 4.er effect, or restructure and reshape the lips.
